The Green Bay Packers host their NFC North rivals, the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. The Packers are in first place in the division, for now at least. If the Bears win, they would create a three-way tie for first place in the division with the Packers and the Lions. The Bears are trying to do all this without starting quarterback Jay Cutler and they lost linebacker Lance Briggs too.

“We really have to play together more than ever now,” coach Marc Trestman said, via ESPN. “And I think that’s something that we’re capable of doing.”

With the Bears trotting out a back up quarterback, the Packers could be taking them lightly. They say that isn’t the case.

“We need to prepare and stay focused on our opponent and the changes they’ve made,” coach Mike McCarthy told the Packers’ official website. “At the end of the week, we want to make sure we’re focused on winning and that our quality of play is as high as possible.”
