Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin left the team amid bullying and harassment from teammate and fellow offensive lineman Richie Incognito, which turned out to be much more severe than anyone had thought.
Incognito made threats to Martin about his family, along with throwing racial slurs his way. Incognito has been suspended indefinitely by the team for his despicable actions.
While Martin takes time away from the team, he has decided to begin therapy out in California.
From Mike Garafolo of USA Today:
To update on Jonathan Martin, he remains in California and begins his therapy today, per a source.

Martin was placed on the non-football injury list by the Dolphins and it doesn’t look like he will be returning anytime soon.
As for Incognito, the recent information that has come to light about his threats could be something that ultimately ends his career.
You need to have a cohesive locker room in order to succeed, and it looks like you can’t have that with someone like Incognito parading around.
