Knowshon Moreno, Julius Thomas absent from Broncos practice

The Denver Broncos have plenty of injury concerns coming out of their bye week, and it looks like a few key offensive players could be in danger of missing the team’s Week 10 match up against the San Diego Chargers.

Among the players who were absent from today’s practice in the team’s return from their week off are running back Knowshon Moreno and tight end Julius Thomas.

Thomas has quickly turned in to one of Peyton Manning’s favorite targets, which could prove to be a major loss if he is unable to go this weekend.

From Mike Klis of the Denver Post:

Of course, missing Monday’s practice doesn’t mean that the players will miss the Week 10 meeting with their AFC West rival, but it isn’t a good start to the week.

We will learn more about their availability vs. the Chargers as the week goes on.

If the players do not return by Wednesday’s practice, then there could be some cause for concern.
