The 2013-14 college basketball season tips-off this Friday, and while we are still nearly five moths away from the greatest tournament in all of sports. the NCAA Tournament, we can still have some fun by looking how the so-called experts are projecting the field of 68 this year. The first Bracketology bracket of the season has the Kentucky Wildcats, Kansas Jayhawks, Michigan State Spartans and Duke Blue Devils seeded No. 1, courtesy of CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm.

ESPN Bracketology Expert Joe Lunardi hasn’t updated his brackets since May 15 after the high school recruiting period was over, but his last update had the Wildcats of Kentucky and Arizona, Spartans and Cardinals among the No. 1 seeds.
It’s still early, but hopefully these give us an idea of who the basketball elites will be this year.
