Indiana Pacers hope to get George Hill back tonight vs Chicago Bulls

Indiana Pacers point guard George Hill has missed the previous three games with a sore left hip. The injury occurred during the Pacers’ 95-90 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans last Wednesday . He left the game briefly after feeling some pain, and the soreness increased Thursday and he missed practice Friday.
The team was hoping Hill will be back Tuesday to face the Detroit Pistons after he was able to practice that day, but was unable to go as C.J. Watson drew the start. On the year, Hill has appeared in only 2 of the Pacers’ games, but has averaged 13.0 points (on just 38.1% shooting) and 2.0 assists per game.
Indiana Head Coach Frank Vogel said he hopes that Hill will be able to return tonight against the Chicago Bulls in a Central Division showdown.
Hill had his best statistical season as a pro last year, producing career-highs in points (14.2), assists (4.7), rebounds (3.7) and steals (1.0). With all the firepower the Pacers have, he should continue on his success this season as the Pacers try to win the Eastern Conference after going to Game 7 with the eventual NBA-champion Miami Heat last year.
