Tom Brady, Bill Belichick can't believe how 'little' the Boston Red Sox are

Before the New England Patriots put a whipping on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9 last weekend, the team honored the Boston Red Sox who were just days removed from winning the 2013 World Series.

A handful of Red Sox’s partook in the celebration which ended with the crowd and the Patriots themselves giving a rousing cheer.

However, as the Red Sox were entering the field, both head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady couldn’t believe how ‘little’ the MLB players were:

Josh McDaniels: The baseball players, they’re like congregating in a lunchroom right now – they’re tiny!

Belichick: ‘Oh, I know. Pedroia is like a hundred fifty pounds.’

McDaniels: ‘And Victorino is like twenty pounds less than Amendola.’

Tom Brady: ‘They must be going, “Jeez, these guys are huge”.

Belichick: ‘Oh, I know….they’re so little’.

*chuckle, chuckle*/end scene

It’s quite the amusing exchange, especially given how intrigued both Belichick and Brady are in the size difference between the two squads.
