Pretty much everyone in the country will be watching on Saturday night when the LSU Tigers travel to Tuscaloosa to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide, and see if they can take down the two-time defending national champion at home like they did two years ago.
While a lot of people will be watching intently on their television screens, there will also be a filled-up Bryant-Denny Stadium taking in the action in person as well. More importantly, there will be top recruits taking the game in, in hopes of making their decisions a little easier.
To many, there is no bigger recruit out there than Louisiana running back, Leonard Fournette, who will be in attendance on Saturday. He’s been called the next Adrian Peterson and could be a huge difference-maker for either one of these programs.
As you can obviously see here:
It’s been widely speculated that Fournette is almost a shoe-in for LSU, although this particular trip to the Alabama campus has the Tigers’ faithful a bit concerned. Fournette’s father did say that this is an unofficial visit, meaning that another trip to Tuscaloosa could be in store for the future.
And, well, we all know how convincing Mr. Saban can be.
