Miami Dolphins offensive guard Richie Incognito is in the headlines for all of the wrong reasons, but at least someone is finding a way to get a laugh and profit out of the entire locker room situation between Incognito and his teammate Jonathan Martin, who recently left the team after being constantly harassed and bullied by members of the Dolphins.

Spirit Airlines, who prides themselves on low airfare, apparently decided that using the Incognito – Martin situation in a new ad for their low rates.

While the ad may be in poor taste and a bit classless, there is the child in all of us that will get a chuckle out of where Spirit Airlines went.

The ad reads, “Don’t be bullied by high fares. Fly Incognito out of Florida.”

Check out a photo of the ad below:

This could definitely upset a few people, but the airline found a way to cover all of their bases.

The colors aren’t an exact copy of the Dolphins and there is no logo that would infringe on copyrights. As for the use of Incognito’s name, well, that is what happens when your name can serve as a real word.

Does this count as Richie being bullied?
