Number 1 overall pick Anthony Bennett has not been good. He started out his season 0 for 15 from the field, and the Cavs have gotten more production from Andrew Bynum. The Cavs have been a decent team in the early going, and it seems as if they are having more issues from their rookie:

So, that’s not good. For a guy who is already struggling, an injured shoulder won’t help. Whether he will miss any time or not has yet to be announced, but I imagine they’ll be careful with him. Bennett needs to find his footing in the NBA, and settle in on a position. He has the height of a small forward, but has the weight and build of a power forward. Tweeners have a hard time finding a niche in the NBA, so its crucial that he finds his role soon.

The Cavs lost last night’s game to the Sixers. They are a team that is battling to stay consistent, but their defense is one of the best in the league. Let’s see if Bennett can give them anything this season.
