Richie Incognito interview to air on Fox NFL pre-game show on Sunday

Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito is looking to do some damage control and give his side of the Jonathan Martin story which has been dominating NFL headlines over the past week. Incognito is accused of harassing and bullying Martin, which ultimately led to Martin’s decision to leave the Dolphins.

It will be Incognito’s first public interview since the interview.

The one-on-one interview will air on the FOX NFL pre-game show, with Jay Glazer conducting the sit down.

Glazer announced the interview today on Twitter:

At this point in the story, it is hard for anyone to feel bad for Incognito — especially with the racial slurs and violent messages that he left — but it is only fair to give Incognito the opportunity to say his piece.

We will have to see if Incognito’s interview will help sway the current public opinion, but it is going to take a lot of work.
