On Thursday night, the Oregon Ducks blew their chance at the BCS National Championship Game when they were defeated by the Stanford Cardinal.

It had to be a heart-wrenching experience for Nike co-founder and Ducks alum Phil Knight to watch his program fall just short at yet another shot at bringing the crystal ball to Eugene.

Remember, he’s the man in charge of the company that makes all of those uniforms we love so dearly week in and week out. Those different combinations of green, yellow, black, purple and every other color of the rainbow they can figure out how to work in–he’s the man behind it.

So, as disappointed as he was to see Oregon lose, I’m sure that Oregon fans will be equally as disappointed to see this.

This is a picture of Knight at tonight’s Alabama-LSU showdown, and he’s sure not wearing any yellow and green, that’s for sure.
