The Denver Nuggets and the Utah Jazz are meeting on the court tonight in a match up of two teams in the Western Conference that can use a win early on in the season here.
The Jazz are off to an 0-7 start to the season, but they have a very good shot at getting themselves in the win column as they welcome in the 1-4 Denver Nuggets.
However, to get that win, they’ll need to prevent things such as what Nuggets power forward JJ Hickson did to them in the first half.
In the second quarter, Hickson took a bounce pass and, at first glance, had a clear lane to the hoop. However, the Jazz’s Marvin Williams made a quick move toward the basket to defend Hickson’s charge, and, well, I’m sure you can guess what happens next to poor Marvin Williams:
Fortunately for the Jazz, that’s about all Hickson has been able to do in this one. He only has three points on the night, including the two from this gem.
