The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been a mess for the duration of the 2013 season, but there’s been one consistent bright spot over the past moth. That is rookie running back Mike James, who was drafted in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft in hopes of becoming a nice complimentary backup to Doug Martin, who finished second in the NFL in rushing yards last year.

But after Martin was lost for the season with a torn labrum in his shoulder, James became the feature back, and he’s thrived in that role. But it appears that James may have suffered a serious injury to his knee during tonight’s Monday Night Football game against the Miami Dolphins:
