The Buffalo Bills are struggling again. They’ve lost five of their last six games and are looking to turn it around. Head coach Doug Marrone knows he is running out of time to to turn it around and things need to happen quickly.

“I want to make sure we’re clear, do I have feel like I have time to turn this thing around? Hell no. Hell no,” Marrone said, via the team’s website. “I know I have to turn this thing around now, today in what we do. So let’s make sure we’re all on the same page here. I understand this, it’s my responsibility. You know what? This is what I love. I love it. I want to be in this position.”

Marrone says it starts with focusing on winning.

“Our entire focus is on winning, but that just can’t happen just on Sunday. You have to be focused on winning every single day. When you’re in there watching film, when you’re in there looking at the game plan, when you’re practicing on Wednesday, when you’re practicing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. To think that you’re going to go out there on Sunday and that’s the only time you’re going to be really focused on winning? It’s not going to happen. Not in this league. Your mindset from day one has to be on winning and that’s the most important thing that we have to do.”
