After a stellar first half from Duke Blue Devils freshman Jabari Parker against the Kansas Jayhawks, everyone had to be wondering how in God’s name he could top his 19-point performance from the first 20 minutes.
Well, he came right out of the gate in the second half and certainly seems as if he’s going to try and outshine that first half performance as best he can.
With the Blue Devils locked in a tight one with the Jayhawks, Duke is trying to draw up as many possible plays as they can to keep their opponent thinking.
Well, they learned that throughout the year, the only play they may need to draw up is called, “Throw it up for Jabari and let him go get it.”:
Just so impressive how high he was able to get up there, and then to grab it with one hand and slam it down like that.
This kid is something special, and we’re seeing that tonight.
