ESPN College GameDay was located in Los Angeles today for the impending Pac-12 battle tonight between the USC Trojans and the Stanford Cardinal. It’s a match up of one team trying to stay alive in the BCS race in the Cardinal and another trying to make a statement after being laughed at to begin the year.
While the GameDay crew were making their picks, Stanford was the overwhelming favorite of everyone, and with good reason. They’re coming off a dominating performance of Oregon last week and look as if they’re one of the best teams in the country.
That doesn’t impress Mr. Lee Corso, though.
When it was his turn, Corso donned the traditional Trojan gear and made everyone in attendance happy by going with USC in this one.
However, when it was over, he looked like he was a Trojan warrior in battle as he was doing some sword-fighting with some of his fellow crew members, including Kirk Herbstreit.
Actually, Corso looked like a bloodied warrior:
Okay I realize that Trojan warriors probably looked a lot worse than that, but still, give the old man some credit for pushing through that.
