President Barack Obama will attend the basketball game between Oregon State and the University of Maryland. Obama’s brother-in-law Craig Robinson is the coach for the Oregon State Beavers. Robinson is Michelle Obama’s older brother and watching a Oregon State game in the Washington area has become a bit of a tradition. Usually the games occur around Thanksgiving.

The game tips-off on Sunday from nearby College Park, Maryland. President Obama’s love of college basketball bas been well documented. He is a big fan of the sport and has continued to play in pick up games while living in the White House.

Every year, Obama fills out a March Madness bracket on ESPN and the sports channel keeps track of his picks through out the tournament. Obama’s NCAA Tournament bracket is also posted on the White House’s website. He has done well too. Last year he finished in the 74th percentile in ESPN.com’s bracket challenge.
