The first three fights of the UFC 167 card can be watched live and free, right here on Fansided. The UFC 167 card is absolutely stacked from top to bottom, so you don’t want to miss a thing.
Starting things off is Cody Donovan vs Gian Villante. Both men are looking to bounce back from losses at the hands of Ovince St. Preux. This fight was originally supposed to be jiu-jitsu ace, Robert Drysdale’s, UFC debut. Unfortunately, Drysdale failed a pre-fight drug test and was not licensed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Gian Villante stepped in on short notice against Donovan, so we will see how his performance is affected.
The next fight is the highly anticipated debut of Bantamweight, Sergio Pettis. Pettis is the younger brother of Lightweight Champion, Anthony Pettis. He is currently 9-0 with 6 finished. His opponent, Will Campuzano, is a long time MMA journeyman. Campuzano has fought in the WEC and the UFC before. He will be searching for his first UFC win tonight against Pettis.
Jason High and Anthony Lapsley is the final online prelim that will be aired. High recently notched his first career UFC victory over James Head in August. He looks to keep the trend going against UFC newcomer, Anthony Lapsley. Lapsley boasts a record of 22-5 and is currently on a 4 fight winning streak.
Be sure to check back on Fansided all night for UFC 167 coverage. I will be doing live play by play for all the main card bouts, and covering the rest of the prelims as well.
