I’m not sure what advertisement agency Foot Locker uses, but they’re clicking on all cylinders.
In recent months we’ve been given a handful of hilarious commercials from the shoe retailer, which included the singing escapades of both Stephen Curry and James Harden. Now Foot Locker is back with a new commercial which seemingly tops the Curry/Harden spot, difficult as that might be to envision.
Things start off with Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving promoting the upcoming ‘Week of Greatness’, leading Irving to suggest ‘all is right with the world’. As Irving begins to daydream, he sees Mike Tyson standing in front of Evander Holyfield’s mansion where he presents the former heavyweight with the remaining portion of his bitten off ear. That’s not all though as the star studded feature continues, including an appearance by Dennis Rodman who purchases a one-way ticket to North Korea while Craig Sager appears burning his suits and Brett Favre stops eating because he ‘knows when it’s time to quit’.
It’s a pretty epic spot and one that will certainly crack a smile.
