Justise Winslow announcing college decision on Thursday

According to Evan Daniels of Scout.com, 2014 high school recruit Justise Winslow will announce his college decision on Thursday:

Winslow confirmed to Scout.com that he will announce his college choice at Houston (Tex.) St. John’s School at 4:30 ET. Winslow is considering Arizona, Duke, Florida, Stanford, Texas A&M and UCLA.

Technically Winslow could sign a Letter of Intent on Wednesday and send it in tomorrow. Winslow informed Scout.com that he hasn’t decided if he will do that or not.

Winslow has taken quite a few visits. Sources say he’s taken at least seven trips to Arizona, six to UCLA, four to Texas A&M, three to Duke, two to Florida and one to Stanford.

Many feel Duke is currently in the lead, having landed Tyus Jones and Jahlil Okafor this past Friday. Winslow spent part of his summer with Jahlil Okafor in Prague with USA’s team that won the gold medal in the FIBA U19 World Championship, and there was talk this summer of those three teaming together in college.
