According to  report from ESPN, there is new DNA evidence that links Florida State Seminoles QB Jameis Winston to his accuser in the ongoing investigation of alleged sexual assault by Winston back in 2012:

Now, as the report says, it’s very important to keep in mind that this does not definitively constitute that a crime has been committed. All this does is present the fact that the two have had contact at some point in the past.

This is just the latest development in a series of events that have clouded over the Heisman contender in recent weeks.

Earlier on Wednesday, there was another development in which the Tampa Bay Times reported that the accuser was allegedly told by Tallahassee police that she, more or less, would be better served not saying a word about anything because her life would be a living hell.

There is definitely criminal activity here. Whether or not by Winston, I have no idea, but the cops who “investigated” this case need to go to jail. The police say they dropped the case in February when the witness decided not to pursue the case. However, in looking at the timeline, it is clear that the police decided not to pursue the case from day one. They didn’t test the samples they had taken. They didn’t interview the accused. These FSU good ol’ boys did NOTHING.
