Chris Paul breaks record for most double-doubles to start a season (Video)

Chris Paul has been the best Chris Paul has ever been under Doc Rivers this season. He has the ball in his hands more than anyone in the league, and his number reflect that.

Coming into Wednesday’s night game against the Timberwolves, Paul was tied with Magic Johnson with 11 straight double-doubles to start a season. Last night, Paul finished with 20 points and 11 assists, and broke Johnson’s record held since 1991. Paul is a strong candidate for MVP this season.
