The last time the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants played they got into a shoot out. That was a better and healthier Cowboys defense, and this defense is banged up. More players are coming back but whether they’re fully healthy is up in the air.  Unfortunately for the Cowboys they’re playing an extremely motivated defense that is hitting their stride.

“Personally, I feel like this game is going to determine the outcome of the season,” said safety Antrel Rolle, via ESPN. “We can’t walk away with a loss.”

“Instead of us digging ourselves out of a hole, if we lose this football game, it’s more like them putting dirt on us,” said defensive end Justin Tuck. “Mathematically no, [losing] doesn’t mean we’re out of it. But we’re kinda looking at it as a must-win.”

“It’s like a Super Bowl to us,” said fellow defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul. “We need it badly, and we gotta get it.”

That is bad news for a struggling Cowboys team.
