Just over one year ago, Malcolm and his girlfriend moved into the house of their dreams only to find out that there was someone already living there; a demon. After being forced to live in a haunted house for far longer than he would have liked to, Malcolm is moving on…to another haunted house.
Entertainment Weekly has posted the first trailer to Haunted House 2.
From the looks of the trailer, this one should have all the laughs of the previous film, and then some.
Moving on from his ex-girlfriend Kisha, Malcolm decides to start over with Megan, a mother of two. The day finally comes where the two of them are going to move in together; however, Malcolm has a bad feeling about the house.
I don’t know about this place, baby.” He says. “You said that about every house we looked at.” Megan says. “This one’s different.” He says. “No, this one is perfect.” She says.
Before they can even resolve their differences, a freak accident occurs, and their beloved pooch is flattened by a safe in something that looks like it was ripped straight out of a Looney Toons skit.
Now, you know a situation has gone from bad to worse when you go to your preacher and the basically tell you “Hell no!”
Things get even weirder when Malcolm walks out of his house to see his car all scratched up with the message “Miss Me?” on it, and a creepy looking doll sitting in the front seat.
He turns to his friend and asks them if he knows anyone with a body shop.
Are you serious, bro?” he says. “Contrary to popular belief, all Mexicans don’t have body shops, man. What? You think we all have low riders with a freakin’ Mexican horn?” he asks.
Of course, what do you think he rides off in? Yep. You guessed it.
The film stars Marlon Wayans as Malcolm. Also in the film are Jaime Pressley and comedian Gabriel Iglesias.
