The Lakers sent Elias Harris and Ryan Kelly to the D-League back on November 14th, and it looks like it was just a week long stay:
The Lakers announce they have recalled Ryan Kelly & Elias Harris from the D-Fenders. They had been doing double duty anyway

Kelly was drafted in the second round by the Lakers in June, and he is known as a stretch 4 who can add floor spacing. Harris is a guy who can play the 3 or the 4, and would fit D’Antoni’s system if he got the minutes. Kelly has only appeared in 2 games, and he hit 2 of his 3 shot attempts. Harris has played only 11 minutes, and has been the only Laker to not score this season.
The Lakers are 5-7 on the season, and they could be seeing Kobe on the court again soon. They will likely not get much from these 2, but they will see some practice time with the team. They play the Warriors on Friday, so if they are getting destroyed, expect to see these two get some playing time. The D-League will probably be their home through most of the season.
