LPGA 2014 Events: Something Old, Something New
If you’ve been fretting about what you’ll do with the time between the end of the
CME Group Titleholders
and the beginning of the 2014 Tour, fret no more! You’ll barely have time to carve the Thanksgiving turkey, open your Christmas presents, get your thank-you notes written and the holiday detritus cleaned up before the girls are back on the course.
Pure Silk Bahamas Classic
has been moved to January and opens the 2014 LPGA season.
LPGA Commissioner Mike Whan has some good news for LPGA fans. There are 5 more events projected in the 2014 schedule than there were this year. In addition to the International Crown in July, new US stops on the Tour will include an April event at Lake Merced Golf Club in the Bay Area, an August pass through Michigan for the Meijer LPGA Classic, and a September event in Alabama at the RTJ Capitol Hill.
Now we can start scheduling our 2014 travels!
