Kevin Garnett is leading his new team, the Brooklyn Nets, against his former team, the Minnesota Timberwolves. During the game Garnett got into a bit of a shoving match with current Timberwolves power forward and star Kevin Love.
The two were jockeying for position in the post when Garnett gave Love a forearm that earned him a flagrant early in the third quarter. Kevin Martin made the technical free throw and then Kevin Love made both free throws.
Garnett is clearly frustrated with his team down 32 points at the end of the third quarter. Garnett has 8 points in 21 minutes, he also has 8 rebounds. Love on the other hand has 17 points in 28 minutes and 16 rebounds.
It is interesting to see the two collide, the former Timberwolves star taking on their new face of the franchise.
