UFC 167: All drug tests come back clean

With all the controversy surrounding the outcome of UFC 167, many may have forgotten about the controversy before the fight even began. Georges St-Pierre and Johny Hendricks seemingly agreed to VADA testing outside of the regular commission’s testing in hopes of improving the sport’s image. That was before it all fell through when Hendricks accused GSP of trying to lure him into a ‘shady’ testing deal. St-Pierre ultimately went through the VADA testing himself, mostly without the support of the UFC.

In the end, all 24 fighters that were tested by the Nevada State Athletic Commission came back clean according to executive director, Keith Kizer. Johny Hendricks, Georges St-Pierre, Chael Sonnen, and Rashad Evans were among the 24 fighters to be tested.
