Oklahoma State Cowboys: After Saturday night, there’s no doubt that the Cowboys are the class of the Big 12. They exposed Baylor and firmly cemented their BCS future.
Baylor Bears: It was a blast while it lasted, but Baylor went down and they went down hard at the hands of the Pokes. There’s still no denying that they’re a solid football team, just not as good as we all thought they were.
Texas Longhorns: After also being stomped by Oklahoma State, Mack Brown and the Longhorns were off this past weekend and they’ll get ready to take on Texas Tech this Thursday.
Oklahoma Sooners: They held off a resilient Kansas State team and congratulations are definitely in order for one Mr. Bob Stoops on becoming the all-time winningest coach in the history of the program.
Kansas State Wildcats: Bill Snyder and his team fought the Sooners as hard as they could, but it wasn’t enough in the end. They’ll more than certainly finish this season with seven wins after they take on Kansas on Saturday.
Texas Tech Red Raiders: The Red Raiders were off this week and have a chance to gain some huge momentum coming up if they can take care of Texas on Thursday.
TCU Horned Frogs: I hope Gary Patterson got these guys ready on the bye week, because they’re about to face a very angry Baylor team this week.
West Virginia Mountaineers: This season has been a disaster, but, they always have that win over Oklahoma State to hang their hats on.
Iowa State Cyclones: In the battle of the bottom-dwellers of the conference, Iowa State won convincingly over Kansas, 34-0.
