The Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers will be short handed come their next game as the NBA suspended both Andrew Bogut and Mo Williams for their role in a ‘fight’ Saturday night.
Fallout from Warriors-Blazers scuffle Sat. night: I’m told Andrew Bogut, Mo Williams suspended 1 game; D. Green, Matthews, Aldridge fined.
The situation began when Bogut caught Blazers big man Joel Freeland with an elbow to the head. That didn’t sit well with Freeland, who made his way towards Bogut but things seemed to be relatively calm until Mo Williams went rushing into the situation which than started pushing and shoving.
