The Philadelphia Eagles are set up for a tough match up on Sunday against the surging Arizona Cardinals and they will be looking to liven things up with a different choice of uniform to give the fans a new look.

When the Eagles take the field on Sunday afternoon in Week 13 at Lincoln Financial Field, they will be rocking their black jerseys.

The black jerseys, which were first introduced in 2003, have not always been a big hit with the fans, but that won’t stop the team from rolling them out at least once more. The team announced that the jerseys will be worn as they extend their “Black Friday” celebration in to the weekend.

The black jersey announcement came by way of an Instagram video on the Philadelphia Eagles official account, which was accompanied with the message “Black Friday? More like … BLACK SUNDAY.#FlyEaglesFly.”

Kickoff for the game is set for 1 p.m. ET, so be sure to tune in to see the important NFC match up that will have an impact on the current NFC Wild Card picture.
