Two fans injured after woman jumps from upper deck at Titans vs. Raiders game

There was a scary incident last on Sunday afternoon at O.co Coliseum after the Oakland Raiders fell to the Tennessee Titans. One woman jumped from the upper deck of the stadium, before a 61-year-old Marine veteran tried to catch her and save her life.
One witness described the scene to ABC News.
“Oh she dropped so fast I could hardly believe it. Her knees had hit this gentleman in the chest and knocked him to the concrete and she kind of bounced off and hit the side of her head on the concrete,” said Woody Chamble.
Both the woman and Marine vet were immediately rushed to the hospital.
As the police let out information about the incident, they stated very clearly that the man saved the woman’s life.
“He saved her life quite honestly at his own expense. He got very seriously hurt himself, but he absolutely saved her life,” said Alameda County Sheriff’s Sgt. JD Nelson.
It is reported that the woman leaped from section 301 intentionally, despite fans below urging her not to jump. Luckily, the man was there to play hero and a fatal incident was avoided. We hope that both people are able to fully recover from the scary incident.
