You may recall, ‘rapper’ (my apologies 2Pac, Biggie) Vanilla Ice performed at halftime during a Houston Texans game on September 15th. It was a game the Texans would go on to win, giving them a 2-0 record through the first two weeks of the season.

It was their last win as the team has went without a victory for nine straight games now and according to TMZ Sports, some Houston Texans players are suggesting the ‘Ice, Ice, Baby’ rapper cursed the team:

"Ice performed at Houston’s half-time show Sept. 15 … aka the last time the (2-9) Texans won a game. According to locker room sources … some of the Texans have made the connection, and think Ice somehow cursed them."

I’m going to assume the players suggested such in a joking fashion, though, it’s alarming how quickly the Texans have fallen from grace.

During the preseason it was ‘Super Bowl or bust’ talk coming from players and now the Texans are in a prime position to land the #1 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Regardless, that might be the last NFL gig Ice gets for a while – though he can still party with cheerleaders.
