Aside from a few runs by the Philadelphia 76ers, the Orlando Magic were in control throughout most of the night Wednesday en rote to a 105-94 victory.

Former 76er Nikola Vucevic had 21 points, 15 rebounds, five assists and three blocks while Glen Davis chipped in 19 points.

Rookie point guard Michael Carter-Williams had 23 points to lead all scorers.

The Magic shot poorly from beyond the arc all night, going four-of-19 from downtown, but made up for it with their dominance down low. The Magic rode Davis and Vucevic to 52 points in the paint and limited the 76ers to 36 points down low. The Magic shot 39-of-63 on two-pointers and got to the free throw line 21 times, hitting 15. They also outrebounded the 76ers by five and blocked six shots.

Rookie Victor Oladipo looked just as good as Carter-Williams, if not better. He scored 18 points on seven-of-11 shooting, dished out five assists and recorded five steals. To be fair, Oladipo turned the ball over eight times while Carter-Williams only gave it away twice.

The Magic will be back in action Friday when they host the San Antonio Spurs. The 76ers will also get back to work Friday when they welcome the New Orleans Pelicans to town.
