Thanksgiving Day has not been kind to the Green Bay Packers today against the division rival Detroit Lions. They’ve been pushed up and down the field all afternoon and are currently down by 23 in the fourth quarter. The Lions have controlled everything from start to finish.
With that, tempers are obviously going to run high and frustrations are going to set it, especially when you’re getting it handed to you on national television.
But, there’s certain lines you don’t cross, which unfortunately Packers DB Tramon Williams did following a Lions TD in the final quarter.
After the Lions ran one in from one yard out, Williams was leaving the field, frustrated that his defense had been beaten yet again, and he decided that he’s let his anger out a little bit by shoving a referee out of his way. Never a good idea:
That should more than certainly bring about a hefty fine from Mr. Goodell this week when he gets a hold of this one.
