The Georgia Bulldogs are preparing for their match up in Atlanta against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Saturday during rivalry weekend, but things got off to a rocky start. When the Bulldogs equipment truck came in to Bobby Dodd Stadium, it met some unexpected resistance.

Georgia’s equipment truck got stuck in a tunnel when they were entering the stadium, and the Georgia Tech grounds crew made sure that the world was going to know.

Here is a photo that they sent out on social media:

It was just two years ago that the Bulldogs entered Bobby Dodd Stadium for a previous match up and there were no documented issues then, so you have to wonder whether the stadium is slowing drooping or whether the Bulldogs equipment truck managed to get bigger.

One of those things has to be happening and we’d go with the tunnel’s ceiling drooping in the 100 year old stadium.

Actually, it did not get stuck. That picture was taken while the truck slowly backed into the stadium to avoid damaging the stadium or the truck. The grounds crew was quite obviously not the brightest bunch of workers.

@SEC_Logo @GT_Groundscrew Actually made it through fairly easily. If only #GT didn’t play in a high school stadium..

I was wondering because usually truck drivers are very conscious of height limits
