Lance Stephenson has has the best stretch of his career this season, averaging 13.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.9 assists for the Pacers. He has two triple-doubles this season, and has seen some time at the point guard spot.

Stephenson is a good passer, and as you can see from the video above, he has some flash as well. Paul George hits Stephenson, who throws a behind-the-back pass in the air without looking to the corner for a 3 by C.J. Watson. This will probably be the assist of the year, as it is amazing.

The fact that he had the vision to see a play develop like that is amazing, and I have a feeling we will see this play all year. Stephenson is a a huge reason why the Pacers are the best team in the league, but they aren’t winning on plays like this one. They are playing the best defense in league, and it isn’t even close.

Nonetheless this is a great play by Stephenson and the Pacers. Just filthy.
