Report: Pitt Panthers to be without Devin Street in finale

The Pittsburgh Panthers were hoping to make a big impact when they joined the ACC, but their first season in the conference has been incredibly underwhelming. Today, Pitt closes out their first regular season in the ACC when they host the Miami Hurricanes at Heinz Field.

Unfortunately for the Panthers, their chances of ending the season on the right foot take a serious hit with news that star wide receiver Devin Street is not expected to play.

Street left last week’s game against Syracuse with an ankle injury, which continues to bother him. There is no official word from the team about Street’s status for tonight, but the rumors indicate he will not be available.

Street is second on the team with 51 receptions for 854 yards this season. His absence on the field will be felt.
