ESPN videobombed by human Whack-A-Mole game (Video)

Watch any college broadcast on ESPN and you’re likely to see a videobombing at some point. Often times it’s just a group of people making a face or inadvertently finding themselves in the shot, though occasionally it’s a well thought out ‘bombing’ much like what took place during a recent San Diego State Aztecs basketball game.

On Friday night, Creighton took on SDSU in the annual Wooden Legacy which the Aztecs eventually ended up winning, placing them in the ‘championship’ which will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim this weekend. The game wasn’t the talk of the night though as a human whack-a-mole game, which took place behind the ESPN announcers broke out as the broadcast returned from halftime.

The fans decided to use the ESPN banner sitting behind Dave Flemming and his color commentator as a prop and quickly began mimicking the popular arcade game, which you’ve almost assuredly played at some point in your life.

Quite hilarious to say the least.
