From the beginning of the 2013 college football season right up until the end here, there may not be a more improved player in all of college football than Auburn Tigers QB Nick Marshall. He’s shown so many flashes of brilliance this season as each week goes by.
This week, he has his toughest test yet when he tries to taken down the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide in the Iron Bowl.
So far, Marshall is off to one hell of a start to showcasing himself against the best in the land.
After failing to get to the end zone on his first possession after one of his passes was dropped by Ricardo Louis, Marshall decided to take matters into his own hands on the Tigers’ next possession.
He took the ball right off the left side and dashed 45 yards to the end zone to get the scoring kicked off in this one:
Auburn strikes first and that was rather easy. Although still early, you have to assume that some Tide fans are a bit nervous about how this has started.
