The New York Giants suffered a tough loss to the Dallas Cowboys last week that dropped them to 4-7. That means if the Giants have any hope of making the playoffs they’ll need to run the table and hope the Eagles or Cowboys stumble down the stretch. That starts with a Sunday night football match up with the Washington Redskins.
“I think that’s something that we have to deal with a lot of times in this league,” safety Antrel Rolle said, via ESPN. “The pages have been turned. We’re already looking forward to playing a game and getting the preparation in for this week.”
“Everybody’s got a lot of pride in the NFL regardless of what your record is,” Washington coach Mike Shanahan said. “Everybody wants to win and I’m sure the Giants feel the same way.”
