The Philadelphia Eagles are looking to remain in the NFC Wild Card picture with a big win over the surging Arizona Cardinals in Week 13. Arizona received the ball first, but a quick strip/sack for the Eagles defense gave Philadelphia great field position in the early going.

Luckily for Philadelphia, they were able to capitalize early with a six-yard touchdown strike from quarterback Nick Foles to rookie tight end Zach Ertz.

Here is a GIF of the touchdown strike:

With the touchdown, Foles continues his red hot streak with 17 touchdowns and zero interceptions.

There was no doubt that the Eagles were making the right decision by making Foles their starting quarterback for the remainder of the season over Michael Vick and he continues to show us why.

Unfortunately for Vick, the performance of Foles since taking over as the starter will also likely end his time in Philadelphia after the season is over.

Vick is set to be a free agent in 2014 and he doesn’t appear to be in the Eagles future plans.
