Early in the second half, the Titans took the lead. Another 80-yard drive was capped with a one-yard touchdown run from Chris Johnson.

The Colts got another field goal from Adam Vinatieri at the end of the third quarter to regain the lead. Running back Donald Brown finally found the end zone for the Colts in the fourth quarter at the two minute warning. It gave the Colts a 22-14 win over the Titans.
