The Miami Marlins and outfielder Logan Morrison have yet to have contractual talks regarding his arbirtational status, which has lead many to believe the team is looking to trade the talented though inconsistent player.
Morrison, who is seemingly known for his unique personality rather than his on-field game is up for a new deal, but thanks to a sub-par season marred with injury, the Marlins who have an excess of young talent in the minor leagues (and youth on the Major League roster) could look to move Morrison.
If they do, a handful of teams are expected to have interest, including the Milwaukee Brewers:
The Brewers have been looking for a first baseman, a position (in addition to outfield) that Morrison can play.
Still just 26, Morrison has the tools to be a solid offensive player in the league, assuming he can harness them, like he did in 2011 in his sophomore season where he hit 23 home runs and drove in 73 RBI.
