Prediction tracker: 45 for 73 (shooting 61.6%)
New Orleans @ Chicago – Anthony Davis is out for the Pelicans leaving a huge hole on offense and defense. Luol Deng has been stepping up his production since Derrick Rose went down, and he will do the same against the Cans. Bulls win 95-87.
Atlanta @ San Antonio – The safe bet is San Antonio, but I think Hawks point guard Jeff Teague will create difficulties for the defensive minded Spurs. Expect Teague and Al Horford to have big nights for Atlanta. Hawks win 92-90.
Houston at Utah – Chandler Parsons may not play tonight for the Rockets, but James Harden is healthy. I hope Utah doesn’t resort to fouling Dwight Howard on every play down the court outside of two minutes. Can’t wait until the NBA changes that rule! Rockets win 110-96.
Indiana @ Portland – Tonight’s marquee match up. Indiana beat the LA Clippers yesterday to begin their Western Conference road trip, but the Trail Blazers are better than the Clippers. I don’t think Indiana will have an answer for LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard, despite having the best defense in the league. Trail Blazers win 93-88.
