I know conditions can get rough on a golf course when the tensions get high, but who knew that it would come to this? Today, a tricked out golf cart made to look like the Tumbler from The Dark Knight trilogy sold on eBay for $17,500.
Your average golf cart goes for around $6,000 to $9,000 on the site, so this number seems a little low for something that obviously took quite a bit of effort and skill to manufacture.
According to the listing, this was a unique opportunity to buy a “one of a kind” custom made Batman Tumbler Golf Cart.
The seller claims that this golf cart was driven on the Warner Bros. lot during filming to serve as a complement to the real one.
When say that this was decked out, we are certainly not kidding. The cart came standard with 4 cup holders, accommodations for a an iPad, adjustable leather seats, a horn befitting of the Batmobile, rear warning backup buzzers, a secret kill switch as an anti-theft device, and a customized steering column with the Batman Logo on it.
About the only things this cart doesn’t have are an onboard bat signal and the garage door opener to the Bat Cave.
However, putting aside how incredibly awesome this marvel would look on a golf course; I only pose one question to you. With all the neat little gadgets and modifications made to the cart, where are you supposed to put your golf clubs?
