Maryland at Ohio State final score: Buckeyes take care of Terrapins, 76-60

The Ohio State Buckeyes improved their record to 7-0 on the season after they were able to easily defeat the Maryland Terrapins as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Wednesday, 76-60.

LaQuinton Ross was the leading scorer for the Buckeyes in this one as he dropped in 20 points on 7-of-13 shooting on the night. He also went 4-of-6 from three-point range in leading his team to the victory.

Two other Buckeyes scored in double-digits as well, with Lenzelle Smith Jr. adding in 12 points on the evening, and star guard Aaron Craft throwing in 10 of his own.

This fifth-ranked Ohio State team continues to make great strides early on throughout the beginning of this season, and they looked the part of the best team in the Big Ten Conference tonight by far.

After tonight’s win, the Buckeyes will now get ready to take on Central Connecticut on Saturday.

With the loss, the Terps now fall to 5-3 on the season, and they’ll look to bounce back on Sunday when they’ll take on George Washington.
