Northern Illinois vs. Bowling Green: live stream, start time, TV info and more

On Friday evening, Jordan Lynch and the Northern Illinois Huskies can all but secure themselves a second trip to the BCS if they can also grab their third straight MAC championship by defeating the Bowling Green Falcons in Detroit.

Throughout the season, no one has been able to find an answer for the dynamic Lynch and the Huskies as they’ve earned the right to get another crack at BCS glory after getting routed by Florida State back in January in the Orange Bowl.

However, don’t ask head coach Rod Carey about a BCS appearance, because right now he has this team focused on the task at hand of getting that MAC title:

“The only thing we can control is the MAC championship,” Carey said. “That’s the game we qualified for. There’s only one thing, one game we have guaranteed, and that’s the MAC championship.”

They’ll look to accomplish all of this against a 9-3 Bowling Green squad who nearly got an SEC win on their resume a few weeks ago in a one-point loss to Mississippi State.

These two did not meet this season, so their first clash of 2013 will be for all the MAC glory.

Here’s how you can watch the 2013 Marathon MAC Championship live:
