The 2013 SEC Championship Game is nowhere near what anyone expected it would be before the season started, but it’s still shaping up to be a classic nonetheless.
On Saturday in the Georgia Dome, the 11-1 Auburn Tigers of the West and the 11-1 Missouri Tigers of the East will square off to determine this year’s king of the SEC, as well as a possible slot in the national championship game.
Should either the Florida State Seminoles or Ohio State Buckeyes falter in one of their respective games on Saturday, the winner of this game should be on their way to Pasadena to play for the BCS Championship.
Both of these teams have had incredible, turnaround seasons, shocking many along the way.
Especially Gus Malzahn and those Auburn Tigers, who are coming off upsetting Alabama in that miracle Iron Bowl game last weekend.
