The San Francisco 49ers have a big NFC West match up coming on Sunday afternoon, when they take on the division rival Seattle Seahawks. On paper, this is going to be one of the most exciting match ups of the weekend and 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree is ready to make a statement and put on a big performance against the talented Seahawks secondary.

Now it’s different.  New day, new game,” Crabtree said Friday, via Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News.

The last time that the 49ers had their top receiver healthy for the match up, Crabtree had four catches for 65 yards. However, this time around he is hoping to make a much larger impact on the field.

“I can’t wait to go out there and do what I can do,” Crabtree said. “This week is a big week for us. With that [11-1] record, you’re supposed to be the top team in the NFL.  We’ll see on Sunday.”

Kickoff for Seattle vs. San Francisco is set for 4:25 p.m. ET at Candlestick Park.
